The goal of this new seminar offering is to introduce the core elements of Trauma Informed Care and the transformative processes to change the organizational culture to support implementation of phase 3 regulations.
Providing quality care and services is skilled nursing’s reason to exist. Having sufficient and competent staff to deliver that care is imperative. This seminar will help attendees develop a deep understanding of staff competency while learning ways to assess and further develop staff. Attendees also will discover ways to link staff competency assurance to other activities, such as the facility assessment and QAPI. When: Thursday, June 27, 2019.
