I-LEAD is a transformational growth and development program for leaders in long-term care that raises self-awareness, builds professional networks, offers diverse perspectives from other leaders in long-term care, and teaches new leadership practices.
The second 2025-2026 program session is for I-LEAD Fellows that have been accepted into the program and paid the program fee.
