Attendees will be walked through appreciation behaviors that support exemplary leadership during times of crisis and beyond. A leader can be the CEO, a vice president, director, administrator, executive director, manager or supervisor. The focus will be to make this information easy for attendees to translate into action. The ultimate goal is to take this challenging time and turn it into an opportunity to stretch a leader's skills to be the best version of an exemplary leader possible. We believe in these leaders and we want them to believe in themselves! All attendees will learn simple, daily actions, that take no more than five minutes, that can impact their organization immediately.
